Julie is a mid-thirties working mom. She met her husband in 1994 and got married in 1998. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in a field relating to her current career. In 2005, Angry Kid made his way into their lives. A somewhat calm baby turned into a hyperactive little boy when toddlerhood hit.

She has lived in Orange County since she was 11 years old. She enjoys talking about herself in third-person, reading, running, and volunteering. She does not know how she finds time for it all. Her addiction to energy drinks and her iPhone help manage her Type-A personality.

She started writing her personal blog to talk about her life, her pet peeves, and, occasionally, what makes Julie angry. She earned the nickname “Angry Julie Monday” from a co-worker, because Julie works weekends and is rather grumpy by the time Monday (her Friday) rolls around. She prefers to keep the names of her husband and son anonymous, hence they will forever be referred to as Angry Kid and Angry Husband.
